I have gone here a couple times to get a massage after hurting my back skiing. They are always super flexible with same day bookings on the phone and the staff is professional and attentive to your needs. Today my masseuse was Mimi and she did an excellent job helping my back feel better. Pricing is reasonable and the service is excellent.
The most unprofessional experience. I showed up after booking a massage same day on the phone. When I showed up, I was told I had to pay before the massage. When I requested to pay at the end, I was told I had to pay upfront and told “if you’ve ever had massages before, you know you pay first.” After I disagreed and again requested I pay at the end, I was yelled at and told to go to the places I can pay after. Left while she continued to yell at me. Absolutely unacceptable behavior.
